Great freezer! Fit in the space we needed it to go. But do wish it had one more shelf. The basket at the bottom just sits in the freezer, it doesn't slide in or anything. For now it's works for what we need, just some design things.

When I ordered my new freezer (because my old one had gone out) the picture on the sales order form was the same configuration as my old freezer (which I was happy with). When it arrived it was not what was pictured. However, after filling it back up I realized that I loved the "new" arrangement of the freezer. More room and easier (at my age) to get items in and out of it. Thank you for always coming up with new innovations for your products.

It's a freezer that freezes and keeps good frozen. The compressor is louder than I like. The size is great. The for is difficult to open, but that means the seal is good.

We purchased this freezer after googling a model # from a used freezer we were possibly going to buy after our meat freezer broke & we lost close to $1000 worth of meats, seafood & other food. We had already looked on Home Depot & Lowes, etc. I was very surprised to learn that we could order right through Frigidaire. Was very happy to learn there was a sale & free delivery. We just set it up last week. I have to say it's the first appliance that I have ever gotten excited about. Even though it's the same size as our last freezer, there is much more room inside. We are very happy with it.

The freezer works as advertised. The distance between the lower shelf and the basket is too far. This distance creates wasted space. The freezer comes with four shelfs, I purchased an additional shelf this made the freezer more space efficient. Overall the freeze wors as advertised.

Bought this freezer to replace the other because it wasn't frost free. This freezer is huge, we bought freezer baskets, and they fit perfectly giving us more room. This thing is over 6 feet tall, nicely lit up when the door is opened, the shelves are glass and are easily removed to move whatever your needs are. The door has plenty of shelves that are easy to clean, if you want to change the door swing it is very simple even for a 71-year-old. The door has a catch on the door, so it doesn't close on you if your moving things around from shelf to shelf. Then it's frost-free no more chipping away ice buildup, and being Frigidaire, you can't get any better than that.

I was wondering why you would put the thermostat in the middle of a shelf where you put food? The packages hit up against the knob turning it. Not a good design.

I am loving my frost free freezer, as of now its holding a temp of -2 and its set on the normal temp. Come Dec. Were going to put a half beef in, currently has Sox a fourth and plenty of room for up coming turkey and pies

I haven™™t had my new freezer a month yet so I don™™t know how much this review can do for you. I have to say that it is very sleek and looks good. Very roomy and plenty of shelves. The basket in the bottom does not slide in and out like your model that I purchased 19 years ago. But so far that hasn™™t been a game changer. If this freezer lasts as long as the last one I purchased, I will be happy.

We picked up this freezer for half off at a local Lowe's for being a customer special order return and I didn't think twice about. It's MASSIVE and surprisingly light. Within an hour of plugging it in it was below 32 degrees and it is so nice with the shelves and door pockets. Would recommend to anyone in need of a big upright freezer!

I never even received my order. I waited around an entire Friday after a confirmed delivery date via email. Friday I spoke to 4 different people and not one person could tell me why I never got a call to confirm my delivery window or why my delivery didn't happen. It was pulling teeth to get them to just cancel my order so I took screenshots in case I needed proof for my bank. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We love our new freezer. So much room and brightness that you can view everything and we were able to transfer from our old chest freezer to the new one with a couple of hours from delivery! Organizing all our food is so easy loads of room and food will not be wasted again as in the chest type freezer. Its exterior is beautiful and looks elegant. Thank you for making a wonderful product!

Overall, this appears to be a nice freezer. We purchased it to replace a 30 year old freezer that had leaking seals. It's quite a bit taller than our old one, but the footprint is pretty close to the same. I actually lost some space with this one, but I assume that has something to do with the insulation and/or defrosting properties. I've had luck with Frigidaire products and hope that this one lives up to the Frigidaire name.

Freezer itself works well. I was a little disappointed that the shelves are not the typical coated wire but were glass. They appear to bow easier than a wire rack shelf. Luckily this is our secondary freezer and won™™t hold the weight of our hunting meat.
